Can we keep our data in-region?

Yes. Tenants are pinned to SG, EU, or US. No cross-border replication. Backups stay in-region.

Do we have to take all modules?

No. Modules are licensed individually with per-tenant entitlement flags. Most clients start with Jasmine + Pre-Trade + Risk, then add Fund Accounting.

How does pricing scale?

Pro: fixed platform fee + bps on AUM. Enterprise: tiered platform fee + bps that compresses above $5B AUM, plus per-API-call or per-FIX-session for heavy use.

Who is the merchant of record / regulated entity?

Horizon is the software vendor. You remain the regulated entity. We operate as a sub-processor under your DPA and provide SOC 2 / ISO 27001 evidence.

Can we white-label?

Enterprise tier supports white-label of the LP Portal and reporting factory with your brand, domain, and email sender.
